Refund policy

We get it — buying clothes online can be tricky! That’s why we offer hassle-free returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Sale items are excluded and cannot be returned. 

We ask that items be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags
• Free of makeup, deodorant, scents, pet hair, or damage

❌ Final sale items, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable.

❌ Return shipping is not covered — but you’re free to use any carrier you prefer.

✅ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment within 5 business days.
